This Course teaches people how to start, conduct, and grow a Church@Work congregation. The organization and functioning of the Church@Work congregation and how it is related to the community, the workplace, the Ministry Association, and the overall Church@Work Ministry are covered.
The Course is a PowerPoint presentation with self-explanatory slides. It can be self-taught or taught to a small group. Everybody participating in Church@Work should be familiar with this course and its principles. The Course can be useful for workplace managers to be able to see how Church@Work complements the workplace and preserves workplace rules.
It is hoped that whenever a person changes jobs, a new Church@Work congregation will spring up in that new workplace.
